Tried to start my El Tigre, it pulled back hard. Don't think my hands can take anymore abuse. Bought sled in non running condition. Changed CDI and stator coil, set stator plate back to same position. Any way to check timing? Tried timing light (auto type) could't see marks on flywheel. Do I need to have drive belt in place?
