Ok I cleaned up my carb again and put it back on my 69 Olympic. *It ran great for a couple of minutes then I noticed that one of the studs that the carb bolts to broke. Is this easy to drill out or am I better off taking it to someone to fix it for me? What do you guys think?? Matt

when something like this comes into a machine shop and it is stuck in there, we usually weld a nut onto the exposed part of the stud and then use a wrench .

Thanks for the tips but the stud broke off so that there was nothing sticking outside the cylinder. *I am going to take it to my father in laws and he said he will drill it out for me. I will let you guys know how it goes. I would like to ride it one last time before all the snow melts. *We are sopposed to have a high of 8c tomorrow. Matt
