I know that it is Between Detroit Lakes and Hawley, near Moorhead MN. jrdale08 01-26-2002, 01:21 AM I talked to a guy that heads this event the other day and he said it will be Feb 2 with or without snow. Meet at Lake Park(about 15 west of Detroit Lakes on Hwy 10).
