Hey Guys, almost time for season again, and therefore I would like to order some new stuff for precious ZL :). What I wonder is what online-store that is best to deal with? Planet Arcticcat or Brownsleisureworld, or even maybe rvsports or www.catdeals.com. How are they treating their costumers, prices, expencive shipment?, fast shipments, often "sold out", and iscues like that. I wanna know all about it :) Thanks guys

The best I have found is The Outdoor Shop (http://www.theoutdoorshopinc.com/)

Look up the part numbers and e-mail them to Metro Power Sports in Canton Michigan. They will give you the price over e-mail and they are real good about shipments. I have got as much as 30% off list with internet orders from them.

Brown's are great people but if you order over 200 USD in parts and have them shipped to the United States you will get a broker bill later. This broker bill is about 10% of what you bought. If you know that you are going to order more than 200 USD you might want to break up the order to get by this broker fee.

I have bought from both and I like Metro the best.

Good Luck

I would go with the outdoorshop. I ordered a firecat value kit from planet arctic cat in July and is hasn't come yet. None of their phone numbers will go through and they won't return my e-mails about it.

Well MX416,

They must not like you?? Do you want me to stop and question them on whats up with your order? Send me a PM (with the information) and I will be near them on Tuesday and give them heck..

Well Konkinj, Im in Norway - northern europe. That probably makes a difference, but last time I bought a pair of gloves from Browns it only took me a month or so to get it, so I guess that distance isnt all that important. The shipment for that order were about 25$us I think, but my next order is much larger and heavier so I guess the shipment will be quite expensive. Sound like a risk to order from Planet Arctic cat since some guys seems to wait a long time for the parts. Or is mx416 the first one that have experienced that so far?

I've ordered from Planet A/C several times, and have had relatively good luck with them. This year when a placed an order and nothing showed, same problem with not being able to get e-mail through. Gave them a call on their toll free #, they explained that they hadn't received the items in yet, can't ship what they don't have. As time has been passing, been receiving my items without further follow up. Another site I just discovered is www.andersonmotorsports.com. They give 15% off where Planet A/C is 10%. I haven't ordered from them yet, but no doubt eventually will.

Definetly give the outdoor shop a try. I haven't done any ordering from them being my dealer treats me well but every one i've heard that has dealt with them has been really satisfied never heard any complaints.

Try Anderson (http://www.andersonmotosports.com) they have the best prices I have seen. Catdeals.com are low as well.
