I'm looking to pick up a 01ZRT600 and the dealer is willing to swap out the stock track and replace it with my Camoplast Challenger 1.5" lug track. We both are uncertain on wether this track will have a clearance issue with the under seat heat exchangers. The track does not have notches in it where it would ride under the heat exchangers. My question is, has anyone put a 1.5" or deeper lug track on their ZRT and what there thoughts were on this swap. I don't want the dealer to start tearing into the machine without knowing for sure if it's going to work. He said he was going to look into it and I thought i'd give him a hand and do a little investigating myself. Any help is greatly appreciated. SWRules

I have a buddy with an 02 zrt6 with a 1.5" track. No mods or cutouts needed (but 1.5 is the limit, any more and you need smaller drivers) :)
He also had a 1.5" on his 96 zrt6. It also fit with no mods.
If you get into any kind of deep snow, you're going to to be verrrrrry impressed.

Thanks for the help. I had this track on my 97xcr600se for about 250miles last season and all I can say is wow. It hooked like no tomorrow. Thats why I took it off the sled before I sold it. I just had to have it on my next sled.
