I am looking to get my Z to handle better I have SLP on front with 8" runners.
Can I widen the front 2" or so better shocks in rear and front (Bovin Suspension with there upgrade springs) what about risers on the handle bars? Help!!

I have a 98 FZ and I put the AD Boivin springs in it and new shocks last year. Seemed to help but not as much as I had thought it would. Doesnt fade like it did before or bottom out as much but its not meant to be a ditch banger. It does ride smoother than my friends SC-10IIs though but bottoms out a lot easier too.
As for the front suspension, I think you are going to have to live with the inside ski lift. Just how the S chassis is. I havent tried aftermarket skis yet but maybe next year. I just put a 2 inch riser on my handlebars this summer so I cant tell ya how well thats works yet. Good luck to you!
