Just got my crank back from Advanced Racing Technologies. This thing looks great. Lost about 1 1/2lbs of rotating mass and picked up at least 10hp for a stock sled. The more mods you have the more hp your suppose to gain.

For those of you that are wondering what the purpose of this is for, I will explain.

Basically drilling the holes at an angle throws the fuel into the transfer ports. Kinda acts like a mini turbo.

Wow, I wish ya would have added a post and asked first. Went down this road last year with a SRX and the turbo crank gained nothing.

Yea they told me there were a couple of blocks that had no gains. One was a Arctic Cat 600. They said they would never do another. They had good gains with the 800 doo block. For the price I paid, I better have at least 10hp or more. The bad thing is I've done to many mods to tell what it actually gained. I plan on going to a dyno to see how she does.

This engine was a hauck 835 big bore, ported by Hauck, pipes, 38mm flat carbs, ported case, and V force and it picked up less than 1hp from the dyno run prior the "Turbo" vs the one after.

I know Art Miller and Steve, and Art is one great guy to deal with, just that at times they will sell anything to anyone. They tried selling the same mod to my friend WITH a ZR600 2 weeks ago, but it doesnt work?
