First Day out with new sleds and BANG!!! w00t We were at our local grass drags, unloaded and ready to go. While my cousin and his teammate were at the drivers meeting, a man came runnning over and said to my cousin who in your group rides an AC, he said I do and the guy said you better come quick! They took off running, they get to our pit and the guys in the pit next to us are standing there looking in disbelief. They had there sled on the stand to clean out the track, the guy gunned it, just as the stand busted and the sled flew across their pit into ours!! Just talked to the guy who owned the sled and it is TOTALED!!! What a sucky event! Can't blame anybody, things happen! :(
Luckily the kids who were playing in our pit had left to go to the grandstand! THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE PIT RULES, I GUESS!

WOW! Sorry to hear about your cousins sled, and the other guys for that matter. At least nobody was hurt and it wasn't your new Firekitty. :hallo12:
Did you run your new sled? If so, how did she run?
thats to bad about those 2 sleds. yes thats whay there are pit rules. when we go to our stock car races u have to be over 16 to get into the pits. not sure if this is the case where u were. mistakes happen and its lucky somebody wasnt hurt.
glad to hear it wasnt your new f6. that would have sucked, and yes please tell us how it ran against those revs. :D

Honestly, a shame for the sleds. Best part is no one got hurt. Hope your cousin gets a replacement before the snow flies. :D

Only REV's were 800's I guess the 6's were scared!! Our F-7 took home first and competed well against the 800 REV's, however, it is far from stock! Dawg, you should have made the trip over, it was cold but fun!
