The girlfriend lost her one & only key to her sled over the weekend. *The sled is up north and we are heading up tonight to ride. *The local yam dealers don't stock a new iginition assy.

Until I get her a new key, can I 'hot wire' the sled for now? *It seems I can just connect the wires together and start the sled?

It is a 95 Vmax 600

Sort of, all you really should have to do is disconect the plug to the ignition switch. *you should not even have to connect any wires. (done this to friends 97 Vmax 600) If by chance this doesn't work then try to connect the wires.
