I've called about 6 dealers in my area (up to 100 miles away) and almost everone is sold out of the '04 GSX 500SS and only have a few of everthing else. They are all telling me the same story, their inverntory just got here and it's practically gone already. Even with all the different models to choose from, they only have a handfull left. As far as I can tell, the only shipments that are still comming are the SDI models. Some told me no one even wants a 2004 in the ZX chassis.

Is it like this all over?

I'm in the East by Albany, so Roch is kind of far, but thanks anyway. I did find one and I'm planning on going tomorrow talk to them. I was going to sell the 380 outright instead of trade, but if I wait to sell, there might not be any left.

This tells me that Doo is going to stay number 1 in sales this year. After all what competition Doo they have.

Thats possible in your area, but in Wi it seems that there are sleds galore, and NO Buyers. The dealers are having a hard time selling the new stuff, because they still have 2002 and 2003 models new in the crates. That particular model might be popular, but sleds in general are slooooowwwww movers around here.
I'm sure you could find one at every other dealer. Glad you found yourself one! :)

I think it is going to be hard to sell the old ZX's on the showroom floor with everyone wanting a REV. With all the cool new sleds from all four manufacturers and low snow for the last couple of years, a lot of dealers here in Illinois still have a lot of left overs. They might be able to move them if they sell them for used sled prices. Although I'd rather have a REV too.

Sport Motors in EauClaire, WI has one sitting on the showroom floor and a ccouple more in crates. Be one heck of a ride for you though. They are a sweet looking sled, my wife wants one now to replace her legend but she only has 450 miles on it so she'll have to wait at least til next season.

:D Got the wifes GSX 500SS sitting in the polebarn as we speak :D

it figures the 500 SS was the most talked about sled in the industry since the spring order campaign was announced.

I am friend's with the area dealer rep for Bomby here in WNY and he said the REV's are selling out FAST all over NY..
