what kind of top end are you guys getting on mxz 800.i ran 111mph in 2000' on GPS.is this fairly reasonable for a stock sled or is there more to be had.I'm 6' 2 and 225lbs and i thought the speed was decent.i had no prep for the run ,it was just a spur of the moment thing.

stock gearing: 2001 *110mph *2002 115mph that should be the norm.

I've done in the 112 MPH range with my '01. Astro, why so much more with the '02. What did they do to it?

Seems like a pretty good speed to me. *Top speed can't be much more than that. *I think you should be pretty happy with that.

Roton does your machine have RER? Ski Doo found the RER helix gave quicker backshifting and more top end speed. Enough so that non-RER equipped machines now come with the RER secondary.

I had a 01/800 that ran 111mph with 26/44 gearing. With a 160/320 primary,280 ramps on 3, with stock pin weight. Stock 53/47 helix with a beige spring set at 20lbs.My 02/800 has run 115 so far with some work.
