I was going over my sled last night (04 MXZ-X Renegade 800HO) and i noticed that the air box silencer mounted on the panel that opens was not installed correctly. There are two tabs on the panel that the air box slides into then three screws at the top that hold it in. The air box was not in the tabs at the bottom. It's an easy fix but worth a look.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be giving mine the once over when I get it Friday. Makes you wonder why we pay for PDI.

Checked mine. It's o.k. except one of the screws is missing. Caught it when I pulled the panels off to install the knee pads. Found a screw that fits.
