Took my Polaris in to the shop today for regular maintenance and to add upgrades. I'm adding a Team Secondary clutch and V-Force 3 reeds to a 2001 800 XC SP (non-VES). Anybody have a conserative estimate of increase in HP?

The VF3's only net a few extra HP. The Clutch wont give you any more HP. It will help get the HP thats allready in that sled down to the track better. If its dialed in properly, you will or should notice a big difference in acceleration with a super smooth upshift/downshift.
Good luck

Todd, I knew the clutch wouldn't increase HP, just harness the HP's better. Just curious to see what others have experienced. I saw that you have V-Force 3's on you sled. How is the performance over stock reeds?

My VF3's are new for me this season, along with all the RKT goodies. In my case the reeds and intake mod should get me @15 more HP. I cant wait for snow to get this stuff dialed in. w00t
As far as the VF3 reeds are concerned, I beleive that MotoTasanari claims 3-4 HP from just these. 3-4 HP isnt that noticable. What you should see from them is a vastly improved throttle responce as compared to stock set up. If your setup with the new Team Secondary is right, you should feel a big overall difference over the entire throttle range.
Good luck
