I have a 01 mxz 700 adrenaline and it bottoms out alot. I just had the shocks recharged, the fluid was dirty and it helped a littlt but it still bottoms out. I'm a light weight at 190 I have set the shocks cranked all the way up and it still bottoms out. Mainly ditch riding. A rough set of mogals (Michigan U.P) or a driveway appraoch when you land on the other side it hits hard I mean hard 9readjusting the mirrors, the communicator face mask, HARD. The snow plow had left a jump gotta love those guys, about 4 - 5 feet high landing on flat ground with the sled landing flat and its like an old leaf spring. Is the sled just not built for it. My friend rides next to me on the same terrain on his 99 ZR 600 and says hes fine i don't know maybe he was dropped alot as a kid, hes only about 15 lbs lighter. So what are my options besides an Expert x or M-10 this sled should take it stock correct? would re-valving the shocks help or should i make it ride like crap and go for the stiffer springs? Or would the Ski-doo Piggy back shocks make a big difference? There has got to be a fix, I love this sled and I have to much in it to sell it and buy another, I dont know maybe a SC10III what is the difference between the two?

Had the same problem on my 01 800,the first thing I did was put on a set of stiffer rear springs. That seemed a little better but I still had the suspension cranked to the max setting and would still bottom out. This fall I had all the shocks recharged and had the rear one revalved to make it stiffer. Now I have it set on the lowest position and with me(230lbs)sitting on it and jumping on it can barely make it bottom out.The shocks from the factory are not stiff enough for 200lb riders.Take off the rear and get someone who knows how to set them up revalve it for you.I would also get a new set of springs for what there worth.Good luck
