would anyone have a spare bellows?i put a tear in mine with a screwdriver,maybe use some kind of glue?it's for a 95 583 formula stx.also when i replaced the valve there is no markings on them as to the side that goes up?i put the long side up is this correct. thanks mike

I have the exact same sled
I also did sorta the same boo boos w00t
3yrs ago when I 1st cleaned the raves I back them wrong side up and the engine knocked quite a bit when I restarted it OOPS :dazed:
Yes the long side up is the way to go :sly:
This year when cleaning then reassembling I tightened the plastic too much and the the threads went through the plastic OOPS :lookaround:

are there any pointers you can give me on that sled?i havent had it that long and it seems like it should go a little faster than what it does,around 70 i think.there where other posts saying 95 to 100.also what are good carbides for this sled?it also darts like crazy.thanks mike

The valve probably has twon round indentations on one side. I believe those go up. The longer side is the one that faces up.
The rubber bellows should be under 20 bucks at your dealer.
You should definately be hitting more than 70mph. The darting could be caused by poor ski alignment. They should be slightly toe out, about a quarter inch.
