the bottom coolant hose that runs from the bottom of the block to the waterpump rubs on the bulkhead.check the coolant hose for any chaffing.dealer says that it starts being a problem around 500 miles.Just thought i'ld give you a heads up. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Put a price of wire loom over the hose where it rubs * * much easier to change wire loom after it wears than a hose * * just a thought though

Better Idea...Have the dealer change it...It's free.
