When I think back to when I bought my brand new '02 MXZ Sport, the front end seemed to be quite a bit higher than it is now. Also my dealer has numorous zx trades siting in back and most of them sit as low as a Mach Z.

Yes I can crank up the spring tension, but is that just making up for weak springs?

Has anyone else dealt with this problem,or feel there actually is a problem?

Maybe I should throw a set of new springs on when I get my shocks rebuilt.

I have the same problem :cussing: .But not just in the front end . The rear after the first year sacked out on my Adrenaline :cussing: , So I had reValved the shocks all around stiffer and one step up on all the springs (NEW)!! I think when it comes to springs ,It dosnt matter for what,,,,Suspention Springs, primary & secondary springs, SKI DOOs SPRINGS just dont hold up!!!! 1/4 inch down on drive springs ......etc....SUCKS.. but what do you do....TITANIAM primary and secondary springs! oh well its only money....Geeeeeesssss..............

Store your sleds with the rear torsion springs released and the front end elevated from the floor and the springs will last twice as long or more. Steel springs take a set easily.
