the lights on my wifes 95 venture keep going out, they get real dim then the work fine for a while, is there a lighting coil or something i am missing that i am not checking, all answers would greatly help thanks http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

Most of the time a dim light is caused by a poor ground.
When the lights go dim, run a jumper wire from the battery ground (or engine case) to the head light ground and see if it comes back on.

Take a test light on the trail with you to see whats missing (power or ground)
