I used the kit on a '01 mxz 700. I was amazed at how much material was removed. I used a black n decker style Dremel with the small attatchment worked well for getting into all the ports. It's not all that bad but it takes a long, long time. you want to remove very small amounts of material, then when done chamfer the ports so you don't catch a ring. The sled is now running and ready to go. My first ride will probally be tomorrow, I will post results. As far as jetting I was running 520's before the porting, and just to be on the safe side I put in 540's and I will check piston wash and jet down until it's right. Another Mod you should do to make use of the added power is increase the pin weight on the primary. I bought a kit from Goodwin around $24.00. Once i get the jetting down I will start adding weight until I get it down.
