Sorry to have to admit this but that isn't my sled. It was just a picture I had found surfing the net last year. I'm still trying to get a picture of my sled doing 100+. With the snow we just received this weekend so far I may have another shot at it.

About 1/2 of pictures were not at over 100 actual ground speed, the ones without any blur or vibes were rear end lifters on trail. Notice how clear some were, and how side things were not even alittle blury. I have done pictures at 80 and never that clear.

Cool site,If I still had my sled I would go out and snap a pic of my speedo and post it.last time I had it out on a lake it showed 115 mph on the old prox 600 I got 93 on radar in a 1000 feet and my speedo was showing around 95 so it is not too far off.

That is a good site. *When I first came here I was telling someone that a guy put on over 10,000 miles in one season and he didn't believe me so I directed him to that site.. *I also know the guys that put that site together, they are from trailconditions too. *Those guys get some mad miles on up there in Maine!! *Also, to tell if the speedo pics are real or not, all you have to do is look at the tach. *That doesn't lie. *I also know most the guys that put their speedo pics on there and know most are true if not all.

Well to clarify a few things, I'm not Polish (I did date a Ukrainian once). I had to give up drinking while riding a sled because the wife said if she found out I was drunk on my sled she would sell it, period (thats when I went from a 440 to a 800). I actually think I found that picture on that website way back and posted it because I thought it was a cool picture. If anyone thought it was me I'm sorry I mislead you. For all the pictures I've sent DanR and PH of my 95 zrt you should have been able to tell that was not my sled. The picture is of a green sled and mine is black. as of march 23rd the hardcoresledder has over 8500 miles on his 2002 polaris, if you go to his site his message says he is gone from the 25th till the 29th putting on more sled miles.

Just got back from checking out www.hardcoresledder.com. That was an interesting fixon the Viper. At the start of the season Kevin Cameron, a bike & 2 stroke tuner/writer had an article in Snow Goer Canada on ram air. He said that at the speeds we run the difference was negligible. With the problems of snow getting in, melting & freezing on the fuel pumps, I wonder if this "styling element" was worth it? He won't be putting on any miles in the next few days. His XC *seized on him on his last trip. Possibly bearings or a faulty thermostat .

it did seize after 9322 miles and now robert is trying an f7 firecat for next season.

I think it sucks how they dropped all there info on the polaris sleds this year. They lost alot of members.

What I dont like is the spamers on hardcore.......You try to post a question and you end up with retards posting jokes....Most of the posts there are again retards asking the same simple questions over and over...I swear there is 50 topics about snow flaps and another 200 on 23/40 gearing combination........With the same guys aking the same questions.....spend the 100 bucks and go try it...

I could put a pic of my speedo on that site, too bad the only way I'd feel safe taking a pic of the speedo, is when it's on a stand. That's insane!! Running roughly 100mph and with only one hand......

Some of those picks doing 100 were just holding the back of the sled up, the trees weren't even blurry or anything! :D
