Yes all 04 Revs have the rolled chaincase and 10 tooth drivers except the summit with 1.25 I think, it still has 9 tooth for clearance 2. There still seems to be problems with rings on the 800's. 3. It is ported different. It is an 03 800 motor, not an HO. Grover 11-26-2003, 02:10 PM Joe, Get the 'Doo shop race rings(p# 420815360). They are the same price as the regular ones. I had 230 miles on new motor from 'Doo after the first one went bye bye. The rings were shot on this one also. I put the race rings in after talking to Cudney. My dealer warrantied the rings, but did not expect anything different from 'Doo. I picked up warrantied last saturday and these rings are different looking as far as material. I don't think they did anything different to the motor on the BM as far as porting from the '03 specs. -Grover :withstupid: | ||
