Hello, I have am helping a buddy get his sled ready for winter. He is complaining that the ride on this little formula seems awfully stiff. We removed the rear shkid and checked everything. All pivot points are free moving and both shocks are good. I set his springs to the softest setting (they were on about medium). Now I am not that familiar with short track doos of that circa. Is that about the best I can doo for him? The springs are stock. Are there softer ones? Am I missing something? I am thinking that the problem here is just that this is his first short track in about 7-8 years. He has been riding Grand tourings till now. Thanks for any and all input.

How much does he weigh?? because those things were pretty soft right from the get go, there isint anything else that you could do as long as you put at the softest setting, without changing the springs for smaller ones. I think he is just not used to the choppy ride of a 121 incher and is spoiled by the grand tourings. :p

Thanks jwheeler,
I took it for a spin last night and I agree. It is pretty soft. He'll just have to adjust b/t the long track and the short track.
