I have a question about throttle hesitation, I'll try not to sound to much like an idiot.
I Have a 2004 rev 800HO, I have not had a chance to ride it yet (no snow yet :( ), except running it in the garage. When I give it hard gas from idol, the motor goes "DUHH" then idols fine when I release the throttle. But if I give it gas gently it will rev up.

This is my first new sled (always had old ones) should I worry that there might be something wrong from the factory or is this just because the motor is not broken in yet.

Its still in the 40's and 50's here, hasn't been foggy though.
The sled is a Renagade with DPM, if that helps at all.

The weather has to do with it a bit. The biggest thing causing the hesitation is from being new. Brand spanking outta the box new dont ussually run well at all untill you put a tank or 2 of fuel threw it. Once things loosen up a bit you should see a difference. Becides that the cooler it gets the crisper it will get also.

Im not up to speed yet on the 04's. Does the 04's have the "burn-in" period like the prior models did? That will make it respond slow also. If they still program that into the new models does anyone know if its an hour, or 4 or 8 hour period?

Good luck
