Help!....
> I have just acquired an Olympique Skidoo snowmobile. Can anyone tell me
anything about it? What year was this model made? There is a gearbox??? with
the words Bombardier on the side of the power take off. What kind
and how much oil should be in it? Would you know of a good parts supplier for this old of a model? The only tag that I could find was on the engine. The model # is a 2210248, type 401, 399cc, 61mm stroke

That's not much info but for what it's worth I have two motors the same as the one you discribed on the shelf in my garage. One runs and has a twin exhaust with it. The other I'm not to sure about but it is complete. If you need them contact me .1 705 272 8117.

Is the gas tank steel or plastic?
