: 02 zr 800 coolant hose rupture JoeServo 03-11-2002, 03:47 PM for the 01 model, i found out many were tearing belts left and right. *now i find the 02's are having problems with the coolant hose rubbing on the bulk head up front. *3 out of three i know have had this problem. *anyone else? 800REV 03-11-2002, 09:42 PM I have a friend with a 02 and his started leaking around 200 miles. SNOWBLOWN 03-12-2002, 03:51 PM 2000 miles on my 2002 800 CCE EFI and no problems. I have been fortunate to not even had the smart valve problem. Best machine I have EVER owned.
