Our response to Mr Wiedle both e-mail and phone was if he return the
unopened kit we would give him a complete refund. We have always used US
priority and never have had a problem. Although we have had some problems
with customers wanting to return their kits after they have been used and no
longer needed. We are not accusing Mr Wielde but feel the product will
arrive (if it hasn't already) and can be returned unopened (proof of
non-use) for a refund. We feel our shipping and delivery time is good and we
also offer overnight delivery. We are not responsible for the customer's
timeline and our $10.00 shipping and handling rate is for packaging,
labeling and postage.



In any case we feel our reputation should speak for itself both on Ebay and
Pay Pal.

I'm assuming that you are Dave?

If you are trying to state something, we need more info. After my first read of your post, it looks as though you didn't receive the product as quickly as you would like and you got mad about it. Your post is ragged and has no time line. If you are accusing the manufacturer of something you should be prepared to back it up. You can't flame a manufacturer for a delivery by a third party. You especially can't flame a manufacturer on here without some sort of claim and proof of your claim.
