The sled is lowered and seems to sit reletively flat and has about 2 inches of travel in the rear.
The thing goes for the sky every time and even with sitting on the tank. We try sucking up the limiter straps a little and then it spins. Can't fing the happy spot.
NEED IDEAS TO PONDER as we are out.

maybe the spot is in between the existing strap holes????????

My brother had the same problem with a 650 indy. I know it's not the same but the same general rules apply. After several of weekends of messing with it we came up with a block to limit rear travel and weight transfer. We installed it behind the rear scissor. He runs picks and traction wasn't a real issue. Tightening the front limiter strap didn't work for him either. Before we figured it out the sled would unload on launch making for a terrible holeshot.

DOO900, we have threaded adjustable straps

Smoken700, the rear scissor has been blocked as well.

The only other thing I can think of is to replace the rear shock with a much shorter one and change the angle to more straight up and down giving more travel and dampining on the shock when transfering???

I don't have any experience with that sled or it's suspension. But what I do know is that you might need to look at the angle of the front (and rear if it's blocked)suspension arm. If the front of the arm is higher than the back, you're going to get some lift as you accelerate hard. That's what it sounds like to me anyway. You might want to lower that sled even more...or, assuming the front of the arm is higher, move it down lower on the tunnel?

Just a guess.

i don't know if this will help but when i set up my suspensions for dragging i try to get both front and rear arms at the same angle /------/ it is a good start for me. good luck
