i have an 89 indy 500. want to know if and how a 1990 indy 650 triple will bolt up to the 500 chassis. is there anything special i should know. thanks.

IT SHOULD mount right in they're the same chasis!

It would work. You will have to get the motor mounts from the tripple motor. They are different from the twin. The mounting holes for the mounts will be different also. You will definately need a clutch alignment tool and a center to center tool. Or you can make the center to center tool.
