96 xcr 600 sp, There is an Air Jet on the intake side of the carbs. Not the pilot jet that is in the float or the air screw on the outside, but on the intake side where carb goes into air box.

PAJ1 is the number.

IS this jey suppose to be fully seated or turned out a certain number of turns?

Hey I'm not fillilar with that sled but if I'm not wrong it's around 1 1/2 turn out.

Check around just to make sure.

If it is in the intake side of the carb inside the throat and is the Pilot Air Jet, it is supposed to be fully seated. It has a slot through it and is made of brass and has a small hole in the center.

tight. it is an air jet.
