I was checking the track for adjustment and everthing looked fine, equal distance on clips, proper tension, etc. however when run on a stand at 1/2 throttle or more the track would wander left to right considerably and stay there until you let off the throttle or shut down then everything goes back to where it should be. I removed the suspension and took measurements everthing appears centered and square. Anyone know whats causing this? Btw this a 2004zr.

Are the Limiter Straps set at the same distance? If one is longer than the other the sled will want to pull to one side or the other.

Check everything that spins or rotates, under the torque of the load something is pulling out of alignment. This means even the drive axel bearings and bolts. How many wheels are on the rear axel?
