Buddy of mine in Canada gave me a call today telling me he had just installed the thing on his ZR 800 EFI, I ask him what thing?? he said "the thing" you know that after market can. what is this thing and who makes it? He told me it sounds awesome and puts out power (4-6hp) so much that he was told he will have to add 2-3 grams on his cam arms. said someone (seldshed) in west canada makes them... :slick:

He is talking about an aftermerket exaust silencer,and if he thinks he is going to get that much of a gain he is going to be disapointed because it aint going to happen, although he will sound good depending on what kind he bought.

a can wont make that old machine sound near as good as 999ccs of raw triple cylinder power. aint nothing ever gonna compare to the t-cat hope AC wakes up and realizes what they done when they chopped the t-cat.

I heard the same thing. Also heard they are not made worth a pooh. Welds look like a seven year old welded them. Think twice about the Thing. Maybe they couldn't give it a better name as it looked so nasty.
