I finished long tracking my ZR900 and need to know if I should get a guard for the hose that crosses between the exchangers. The hose is in the stock location and is about 6-8 inches in from the snow flap (now with the tunnel extention on). I cant see me bottoming out far enough to hit the hose.....Maybe?? What should I do?? Do you think it is safe to run the sled without a guard?? * Thank you in advance

Take your sled for a ride and find a good size bump. * *try get the suspension to bottom or come close to it. * * and then inspect the tunnel and hose to see if the track touched(it shouldn't). * * *Or just use a peice of 16 gauge aluminum and make a gaurd for some extra protection. *make it wedge shaped, starting flat with the tunnel at the back and then all flush with the hose at the heat exchanger.
