A108Q is a far long stretch out i think CrazyB...but i would be curious to run it and see what the timing is like compared to permafrost and ladyk.

the way the A loops around the A108Q looks to be about the same distance but the A will have more gas stops for sure but A108Q is an adventure and isn`t that what Renegading is all about?

I have some relatives in North Bay as well, you could leave your vehicle there if you like, instead of in a parking lot.

permafrost,that is a power line that goes from greenwater to island falls(and it keeps going to fraserdale),it has some fun play spots on it,with the few warm days we had the snow melted and compacted,you can go anywhere now no problem,not quite as fun as the deep fluffy stuff,but still a great time,have you ever been to fraserdale?

No we haven't been to fraserdale , concerned about the gas situation??? *Last time i was up the was a huge pack of piped out summits and renegades on they're way to Fraserdale they all had gas tanks. Would love to go and check out some hills . *I hear there is 100ft drop offs on the powerline and it can be dangerous in low vis situations.

I think this is going to be a pretty large group. I think there will be 8 in our party. My buddy Hawg is coming he is a crazy one. One last hurrah before we pack it in, sniff, sniff. I sure will miss riding. I figure I'll get through the summer working thinking every dollar I make is more GAS money for next year. This should make for a good trip. High klicks and wide trails my fave. Cant wait to see you all there.

Did Kirkland Lake - Val Gagne - Timmins on Friday, *Timmins - Gogama - Matachewan - Kirkland Lake Saturday. *Still LOTS of snow and cold temps. *Starting to get lean in the motel parking lots, road crossings, etc.

I just got back from New Liskard and drove (buy sled furthur north about 250km. *Not sure where but It was snowing like you wouldnt belive from north bay and up. *Even just comming from barrie it was snowing hard but i know for sure it was snowing in new liskard all weekend. *It was -14 and you couldnt see 10feet infront. *THe snow is DEEP.. * Even went south to Temagami and there is 2 to 3 feet of snow there and every trail is open and awsome. *It was also snowing like crasy. *

The snow didnt stop the whole weekend except for a few hours and maybe at night. *

I might have just have to revisit next weekend only i wouldnt go with you guys on your huge trip. *I would just drive to Temagami and zoom around there heading north. *And only for a day or two. *

But the way things are looking you guys will have conditions better then last time you were up and according to the long term its only going to get better. *

This country is so screwed up. *Winter is finally hear only its in spring. *Thats why i love it so much. *

Oh and not to scare you guys but the roads were totally snowcovered and snow was comming down like crasy. *The long term is saying snow and cold on thursday friday next week so you could have one really long ride to get there. *But its definitly worth it. *

So good luck and lets finish this season with a bang. *Maybe ill see ya on the trails in New Liskard.

Put 165 Miles on yesterday..Liskeard to V-Town, Larder Lake, down to englehart, over to charlton and back to liskeard. other that 108q, the trails are good. Heading back out this afternoon and wednesday. -26 again this morning..gotta love it!!..steve
