I know doo has had rave valves for years and you run a regular oil 15 buck a gallon oil is the cat apv oil expensive or what.

Yes you need to use an oil made for use with power valves, an inexpensive choice would be regular Amsoil. Great product thats priced very reasonable compared to factory offerings.

I agree amsoil is great and fairly inexpensive.

Arctic Cat APV oil will run you about $30-$33 a gallon U.S.
