We will be heading out ot island park on friday evening for the holiday season.

If anyone else has been out there or is from there i could use any and all info.

We are renting a house for the family , we will also be going into the park. We have already gotton out permits Ect

I have been riding in yellowstone and down in ashton idaho(south end of the park)(flag ranch). Is the elevation about the same?

I have heard that there has been great snow there the last three weeks.

Is there a speacial place to go and ride?

I haven't been over there, but I have heard good things about it. Elevation wise, you can expect up to 8000 feet. Here is a clip out of American Snowmobiler I scanned, it isn't that good of a scan, and doesn't have that much info, but it might have something of use in it. There is a guy on this site that rides over there. I will see if I can do a search and find his name, if I can I will post his name for you.

Well, if I did my search right, FZ700 is the SW member that has been there and likes it. You might be able to send him an email or something. I thought there was one other guy from the Pocatello area on this site, but I can't find him.
