just wondering if on the Dooly's if a dual 4" is equal to a single 8". Running 102 1.175" studs and the sled pushes, think about putting 6" Dooly's. I think 8" might be overkill.
any experience with thesee runners would be appreciated.

I would think the Dooly's 6" would be more than enough for you sled.

I run 8" on my zr900 and 6" on my zr600. I think 8" would be too much on the zr600.

the dooly set up on flat hard surface (ice) uses both carbides only in a straight line. In a turn, the steering geometry of the front suspension causes the skis (and runners) to camber over so you are only on one carbide. In snow of course the carbides don't really contribute significantly to steering (mostly skis). so my guess would be 6" to handle the stud input. The doolys definitely give more steering input versus standard single carbides in hard pack. :D
