I have a 2000 ZRT800, I am putting on D&D Trail Pipes (Stock silencer), V-Force 3 reeds, D&D Clutch Kit, D&D breather box. I live in Mi and only ride here (normally in lower). What main jets shoudl I use? Do I need to chaneg anything else? I am putting on a Digatron EGT guage, but still would like a baseline. I was thinking around 450, what do you guys think?

Well the problem is one tech guy at D&D said 400-420, then I called a few daus later to double check II am paranoid, and it worked out good here), talked to the opther guy and he said 440-460. I went with 450, I would rather change a plug than a piston, but D&D should be a little more in tune with what each of the guys are telling customers, that Pissed me off a little, this stuff isn't cheap, and I was very specific both times on the phone. So if anyone out there has a simialr sled can you share your jetting, I live in MI and ride usually only here.

I'd be paraniod also, I have never delt with D&D but they all should be on the same page on thier recomendations. Check piston wash and plug color and I'd run it on the conservative side with 93 octane fuel. The positon of the probes in the header pipe will make a difference on the correct temp. Seek what others are running with a similar set-up and watch the midrange temps also as these changes can effect the whole range of rpm's and throttle positions.
