I ve been told if you put a sprocket on with 2 extra teeth then stock this really helps the performance anybody else hear this. Would my sled have 17 teeth or how many ??

You have a 25 tooth top and 43 bottom on the '00 -700.

The only time gearing will help on your top end is if your clutches are fully shifted out -- are they? Stock sleds are generally over-geared to begin with, so I'm not sure if upping the ratio will help much (it may be worse).

I run a 44 bottom in the trails I see most often ,going back to the 43 if I were to go to the u.p. or canada.
