How bad is the vibration on your twin??? *I really only notice it at idle in the grabhandles of my skis....looks like they could rattle right off the skis. *Haven't really noticed it in the hands or arms, have you? *Has anyone used the Isovibe inserts for the handlebars? *Do you like them?

Jim,, I do have the grip n rip isovibe on the zl,, the height adjustment it offers 1.5 inches up and 1/2 inch forward is very nice, however, i might have mine to tight,, meaning it still is transmitting a high frequency tingle, mostly on the throttle side,, really have not had much seat time to really go for a long ride, actually today i did 55 miles on the river and its the first i noticed it. Also i do thing that the efi smoothes out the big twins better than carbs,,yes it shakes at idle, once underway it is like all the rest http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif plus in my opinion, suzuki is NOT the smoothest motor out there http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif Yeah Hp & Torque is right. My 800 efi vibrates like hell when at idle but once she engages she's not too bad. Suzuki's not the smoothest for vibration and Cat has had Vibration for years. My 600 efi was worse than my 800 http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif

i highly doubt that suzuki engine vibrates any more or less than any other engine of similar size. *blame the vibration on the way cat mounts their engines, i think that is where the blame ought to be put.
