I recently have added a Yamaha ss440 (1984) to my collection of junk that was sitting out side for over 5 years not running but was running when parked. I have been working on it and got it running but I cant figure out if the oil injection is working or not. The lines are piped into the intake so you cant see if they are squirting oil and I had marked the oil level on the tank and ran it about 20 minutes but it doesn't look like it has gone down much if any. I did mix 2 stoke oil in the gas just in case it didn't work so hopefully the cylinders are OK after running but I don't want to take it out until I find out. Can anybody give me any help?
