Put on 150 miles in northern WI on my GSX Limited 600SI rocket last weekend. All I can say is WOW. The sled definitely exceeded my expectations of what I thought it would be like.

Engine: No problems starting it and didn't foul any plugs. I suggest letting it warm up at least three minutes when cold and one minute when warm. The power is definitely there! Reverse works great. That back up beep turned a few heads.

Gas Milage: Everyone in my group was paying two to four bucks more than I was at each stop. I think that says it all. After reading all these posts concerning mixing the oil with the gas on the first tank, I decided to call my dealer. He told me they already put the oil in the gas tank. But they only put in two frickin' gallons of gas. At any rate, I'm glad I called.

REV Suspension: This was my first experience riding the REV platform. I loved it, but I must say It took some time to get used to. It seems that the outside ski on corners does all the work. (Right ski on a left turn) It also seems that if you put some pressure on that outside ski, it bites more and handles better. Does that sound right? Standing is easy. I'm thinking about raised handlebars. I'm just not sure how they would feel while sitting for extended periods? And the mogels seemed as if they weren't there. And no problems with the leg muscles. I'm 42 and 6' 0."

I really can't find anything I don't like! The hand warmers worked fine. It was 2 deg. F. last Friday night. Speaking of last Friday night, we were just south of Minaqua, WI and went west. (Willow Floage area) Every trail was freashly groomed, and we didn't see one sled. (10:00PM till 2:00AM) TOTALLY REEKED OF AWESOMENESS!!! :christmas: :D :p

Check out John Dee's forecast on http://johndee.com. Looks like I'll be riding again soon!

I'm bummin' that there ain't no snow! I'm off work for the next week and the forecast looks badddddddd. Probably will head up to the UP.
