id like to get an aftermarket silencer, when my sled was bone stock it was so unbelievably quiet. now with a power breather and the pipes its louder but the sound just aint there. my dads stock 96 ZRT 600 sounds a lot better then my sled. i dont care about the volume much, my dads 96 has a perfect tone/volume. so basically i want some weight loss with an aftermarket can and just a better sound, while maintaining a reasonable volume. :hallo1:

From what I have heard SLP makes a good silencer. It is lighter then stock and only a few decibels louder then stock. If your looking for only a little louder then stock then MBRP isn't a good choice to get.

From my own experience this season with an aftermarket can...........it sounded great when off the sled but would drone something terrible when riding. Worst part was that it slowed the sled down big time, mental H/P was of course way up....LOL
IMHO they are a total waste of hard earned dough. :christmas:

dont waste your hard earned coin on no stupid can. their for racer wannabes and young punks who want to pi$$ everybody off. put that cash into something else like clutching or reeds or something, or buy me a case of beer. A ZRT is noisy enough I no I got a t-cat and it's louder than all my buds crapcans and she's stock!
