Ive got a 00 zr500 w/500 easy miles.Since theres now snow, i just went out and sat on it for a second and i sank to the floor. I dropped the suspension, took out the shocks, and took them over to my buddies house- who races pro for cat-and he rebuilt em.Everything got put back together right but it still seems mighty spongy back there and im stumped. Any ideas?

I would say that your springs have taken a set.I would install the heavier springs as they seem to last longer than the stock springs.

I had the same problem on my zrt and it was the springs

I'm going thru the same thing with my zrt and will be replacing the springs as soon as I can find a set.
