1998 F3 700
I have a 1998 F3 700 with a bad sputter. It seems like a timing problem but when i pull the plug wire closest to the clutch there is no change in idle yet there is spark on all plugs! Maybe a bad coil or stator? If anyone has encountered this problem please help!!!

Did you do a compression check? When you pull the plug out is it wet with fuel? Whats it run like at different throttle speeds? Where you from snownewf? I'm origianally from Baie Verte.
