: Help me decide
maluchm 03-22-2002, 01:25 PM What the heck! Lets see what you have to say since I'm so
undicided. I know that I'll get more use out of the home spa
but I need my sleds. Looks like it will be one or the other.
My fiance and I both have a lot of fun sledin but I think we
might enjoy and have more fun *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif with the Jacuzzi
with the fiber optic lights, CD player and VCR outside on
the deck and the Sauna in the basement. HELP *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/exclamation.gif
revrnd 03-22-2002, 01:33 PM Show her who's boss and buy the sleds man http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
alindazip 03-22-2002, 01:37 PM http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif The spa would be nice but I would get tired of cleaning and taking care of the spa before I would the new sled. *I have a pool in the backyard that has not been opened to use for 6 yrs
I don't have a sled that was not used for 6 yrs. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
arcticcatboots 03-22-2002, 01:50 PM Why dont you buy the sleds go to a condo that has the Jaccuzzi and then you could have the best of both worlds!! OH YEAH!!!
boss hoss 03-22-2002, 01:58 PM it's real hard on a hot tub when you put 2 stroke oil in it.get the sled! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif
slarson 03-22-2002, 02:00 PM How bought the option of keeping the current sleds and getting Jacuzzi and Sauna? sounds good to me!
HOT TUB! *Thats what i would do, get a nice 03 snopro-hot tub
LadyK 03-22-2002, 02:26 PM How about a hot tub and sled forget the sauna altogether?Thats what I would doo http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I just can't help but to think that a cuople of newly weds
in thier mid to late 20's could get a lot more enjoyment out
of the new home with all the furnishings over two new sleds
that we might not get a chance to use all that much (Bad
weather, cash flow & 3 year old son)
But we could spend another year in the apartment that is
already a little too small and snow check those suckers.
Just put the house and the family in a holding pattern for
a year or so. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/withstupid.gif
Its a no brainer for me. SNOW CHECK TIME BABY!!!!!!!!!!
maluchm 03-22-2002, 03:28 PM Maybe I'm just thinking with the wrong head! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif
How do I get my FIX of speed and adrenaline without my sleds? What do have to mod up or fix and tinker with if I
don't have my sleds. The good thing here is that my fiance
doesn't want or expect me to sell my toys just to get the
house. In fact she's the one that suggested getting two new
ones. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
#### I'm confused! I need to get out of work and go find a
bottle of Rye (Crown) and then see what I can come up with.
He he he http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif
hpzrt600 03-22-2002, 03:44 PM Maluchm-never think with the little head-it will only get you in too much trouble!
Trust me, I know! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif

ah, now its a whole diffrent story, you moving from an appartment to a new house ! you can use your house all year long but the sled is only a few months of pleasur or a few days like this winter. I would go for the house and get a used sled!
alindazip 03-22-2002, 04:20 PM if you are living in a apartment get the house make sure it has storage room for your sleds
as for a spa and sauna compromise with her *get one new sled let her use your old one and opt for ( her decision of course) either the spa or the hot tub *if you can make the payments you can have anything you want!!! * if you have to make choices make the family first. *remember snowmobiling is a family affair also. * good luck. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
Golsovia 03-22-2002, 04:51 PM Do the tub thing. That will insure snow in years to come. We'll all thank you for it!! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I guess that's another positive thing (For you guys)!
I'm not a betting man but if I do sell the toys and not go
and replace them then the chances of next winter being one
of the best we've had in decades is almost 100%
Sell....Sell....Sell right? LOL *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif
phazerhater 03-22-2002, 04:57 PM If you get the hot tub and sauna, it is worth a gazzilion brownie points that you can bank for later use. *Give the sled a year or so to be out on the market and get all the bugs worked out and THEN call upon the saved brownie points and get your sled.... http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Thats what I would do anyway. Especialy since you already have a sled, so it's not like you are out of any riding.
Good luck with the decision!!haha

dpaige 03-22-2002, 05:13 PM I agree with Phazerhater and DanR,
I did the exact same thing, bought the house and installed a bunch of new features: 60in Plasma TV, w/complete home theatre system, hot tub and a bar with draft on tap, and I just bought an older sled
My sister and her husband bought new sleds and now they come to my house and use my stuff???
Maybe find a friend with a hottub/sauna.

highlander and ladyk have a good point! you cant get pregnant on a sled *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

revrnd 03-23-2002, 08:16 PM If you have to do the upgrade with the house, go with the hot tub. I always enjoy it more than a sauna if I'm at a motel that has both of them.
tsouth 03-24-2002, 01:02 PM My experence i got her the house.(brownepoint 1)
I got her the blazer.(brownepoint 2)

Wolfman 03-24-2002, 09:46 PM Lemme see here, a snowmobiling forum. *Guess what the choice is!! * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif *
Mine's the same. *Messing around with chlorine just doesn't have the same potential for enjoyment as WOT across the snow! * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif *
This is going to be a looooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnngggg summer. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif
ditchpickel 03-25-2002, 12:08 AM Go with the sleds and add the Jacuzzi later outside.Nothing beats riding hard all day, coming home and sitting outside in the cuzzi! ( http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/inlove.gif )
Machzzzz1 03-25-2002, 12:57 AM Ive never read anything this disapointing in my life. *
This isnt even a hard choice. *How could you have trouble between a hot tub and a BRAND NEW SLED. *
Do hot tubs crank out over 100hp NO
Do Hot tubs Deliver arm braking accel *- NO
Do Hot tubs Make you look cool - NO
Do Hot tubs keep the local economy going - NO
Do Hot tubs give you an excuse to leave the normal life and let you see some of your country - NO
Do Hot tubs keep your reflexes up making you a better driver all around - NO
Does buying a hot tub and not buying a sled go well with greenines - Yes, Do we want that - NO
Do Hot tubs have clothing and accessories that match - NO
Do Hot tubs have annual shows displaying the new models - Well probably but you would be pretty sad to go to one. *
Do hot tubs need adjusting and fixing - NO
DO Hot tubs make the most watched channel the weather nework - NO
Do hot tubs do anything other then make steam - NO
Do hot tubs give you an outlet to spend your money. - NO
Not only that but hot tubing is dangerous you could get heat exhaustion and pass out and drown. *
Right now at the end of the season you think its a hard choice but wait till next october when this site becomes alive again and everyones got the itch and the new sleds are starting to arive. *THen the first snow falls (just enough for a first ride.) *All you do is watch the weather and pray for snow and it will come sooner or later. *And you will be stuck with a hot tub on the deck but you wont be in it. *Youll be inside watching the snowmobile races or maybe a skidoo ride video. *
Right now a hot tubs sounds tempting even for me. *But come october you could take that hot tub and shove it up someones ### because theres only one thing on my mind. *
SNOWMOBILING.... *
Prioraty list.

3. Truck
4. Everything else.

I like that priority list. *I would have to change the "family" to "animals." *I'm single and no kids, but have three dogs, two ducks, and (for now) two cats. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cheesy.gif
Machzzzz1 03-25-2002, 01:28 AM Hey. *What ever works as long as snowmobile is on top.

maluchm 03-25-2002, 11:06 AM Machzzzz1 - I was wondering when you'd finnaly get around to
adding your .30 cents *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/exclamation.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif *At least it's not a total
shutout, there's a couple votes for the tub. Machzzzz1, what
did you vote for? *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
I'm so undecided and all I get from the fiance is "You're
the man of the household, you make the decision!" *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
Lot of help there huh! She wants both too but I'm thinking
that I don't want to live off of bread and water so I need
to pick one.
"He who dies with the most toys and a Jacuzzi and a sauna
probably had the most fun!" * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Machzzzz1 03-25-2002, 11:59 AM Theres lots of time for a jacuzzi when your old and cant ride that much anymore. *And pretty soon you will probably be able to afford both so you might not even have to wait till your old. *
Stick with the sled and get a ROTAX. * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
maluchm 03-25-2002, 12:24 PM Yeah but I suffer from chronic instant gratification-itis!!
Besides I've always tried to go in the Jacuzzi before and
after I ride. Definently helps losen up the muscles!
