Anybody running a lube system for their slide rails, I'm putting one on soon as was wondering if anyone had a pic they could post here or mail me. I need a close up pic of how they drilled thru the rail. Thanks

If you have access to a Ski-doo race manual, they show a cool setup for slider lubers (works off of the vacuum pump).

I have installed one last year and it works very fine. Works good on icy surfaces & hard pack snow. Makes a difference on radar runs. It would be very hard to take a picture of the entire system as it is almost impossible to see. I have installed one 12 volt windshield washer pump in a small vehicle radiator recovery jar. The jar was instealled inside the cab. After this the small hose was routed inside the cab to the inner side rails. A tee has been installed and the lines runs to each side rails. Some holes were drilled inside the edge of each rails, then a small primer jet was screwed in the side rails . The hyfax were removed , drilled and modified to get the fluid flowing everyway possible. A switch has been mounted on the handle bars near the brake handle, a push pin release type works great. I will try & take some pics of the system. To make it work, simply push on the switch with your thumb and at the end of the run release the thumb. A small 12 voult motorcycle battery was mounted behind the air box. Try to get a race manual for all of the instructions. There are several ways to do this.
