I got a call from my brother

It seems my clutch bolt came loose again :cussing:

I have tried loctite before

It comes loose about 3 times a year

1000-2000kms a year is what I have ridden the past 3yrs

It seems to come loose after playing in the powder

WTF is the problem?

I bought a new washer for the bolt

But it came lose again yesterday

IMO there should be a lock washer there or at least have a notch like my Yammies had

Probably a dumb question, but what are you torquing it to?

Is the washer you got a Skidoo part?? I had the same problem with a 583 I had a few years ago-new Skidoo washer and it was fixed. Maybe time for a new bolt also?

Is the washer installed cupped side toward the clutch? 70lbs? notice any vibration or wobble?

I have tried it cupped both ways

Right now it is cupped outwards right now :)

I am going to take the TRA apart tomorow to see if anything is broken

Guess I have to buy a clutch puller
