Royal Distributing has composites for Phazers for around 180 I think.

You can usually find someone with some takeoff plastic skis, but none of them are a direct bolt on fit, you will have to modify them.

Or if you don't care about color, USI has some skis and mounts on a closeout sale and is one of the few companies that still makes or has ski parts for the older sleds.

USI TS-201 mount kit for Phazer, $85 (http://www.usi-skis.com/ct_PR44650558.htm)

USI Tunnel wide skis in green, magenta, orange, or purple $79-99 (http://www.usi-skis.com/ct_CG13934138.htm)
These ski kits are $79 if get the steel stationary handle and $99 with the adjustable handle.

USI TS-201-AST ski in green, magenta, or orange for $99 (http://www.usi-skis.com/ct_CG13934137.htm)
These skis have the adjustable handle.

USI 201 4" carbides for $36 ('http://www.usi-skis.com/ct_PR44649901.htm')

So for $200 you can have new skis if the colors are Ok for you.
