I just got back from Newberry, MI. We rode all Saturday. Plenty of snow and more fell most of the day, but many of the trails were in bad need of a groom. We never saw one groomer all day. Put on just under 200 miles going up to Grand Marais then back down near Paradise, to the Falls and home.

I went riding in Stark NH. Conditions were pretty good, very cold at -35 some points, one trail needed grooming and a few needed a little more snow. But put a good 150miles on! :)

Beerman, his buddy and I ended up taking a day trip from St. Helen to Grayling Saturday 1/10

Trails were fair at best, much better north towards Grayling. In the woods it was OK, but in the open areas it was blown over pretty good. Lots of scraping :cussing:

Good ride overall, we logged about 115 miles or so.

We stayed close to home on local trails. Three days of -25C followed by 10cm of fresh powder. The conditions aren't too bad. I won't ask for more snow so the rest of you who doesn't have snow gets some. This is what my bake deck looks like when I'm a happy camper.

My wife and I went to Gaylord, MI / Jordan Valley on the 8th and the 9th and it was WONDERFUL!! The groomers were out and trails were pretty much empty. I'll attach a few pics.

my son PJ and i got together with Jacqui, Trailblazer and Tb's son Cody. we started out in Wroxeter and the trails were fair and as we rode north toward Teeswater they got pretty good. with all this snow i don't doubt the trails are fantastic from right where we started today. the most exciting ride was on the way home in the look what you have been missing weather. i have an aching ankle right now and the ride in the truck was much nicer then the sled ride.

I did not ride anywhere. I have taken the sleds out of the trailer and i have converted them over for being back in mn. THen i put them back in the trailer. We have enough snow to ride in the ditches and on the river.

My buddy and I hit the trails around Moonstone/Orillia area. Pretty freakin bare !!! Spots had been groomed, but that just kicked up the sticks and rocks. Back roads were not bad though, pretty good hard pack. Will be sticking to the lake next weekend unless we get more snow...

I put 150 miles on around Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Conditions are average. Some trails had plenty of snow as others had minimal.

I just want to take this oportunity to remind everyone of our Trail Conditions section, and to encourage you to report trail conditions there after every ride.

Did 300 miles in the Keweenaw!!! Awsome! Houghton to Copper Harbor loop was great! This was a trip with the guys so we did some back country riding. Got into some spots with 3-4 feet, breaking trail what a blast! A buddy got hurt on trail 3 between Lake Linden and Quincy's bar.... A big thanks goes out to the owner of Quincy's for helping us out. They where closing down and we got them to open back up and let my friend warm up... He ended up going buy ambulance to the hospital but he is ok bruised up but nothing broken. He missed a sign on the trial, (was covered with snow) hit a deep ravine and launched off the other side.... Luckily he didnt hit anything solid!

Rode the Crowsnest pass in southern Alberta. Friday, 8 inches fresh and only me and my buddy on the trails. Saturday, went to the alpine and found 8 to 10 foot base with 6 inches of fresh. This was one fun day. Sunday, rode trails due to every muscle in my body sore. Trails were smooth and fast.

Tried riding the trails in the Kalkaska/Grayling area, but they were way too thin and dirty for me. Looked like brown sugar, even in the straight-aways. There was about 1-2" of snow over top of a nice layer of ice. Couldn't do that to my brand new carbides and studs. Instead did about 80 miles on back roads/two tracks. By the way, it was -20 Saturday morning when we woke up.

I put 203 miles on my new(to me) 1996 VMAX around Chautauqua Lake NY Saturday and Sunday. Trails were decent. By Sunday they were giving the ol' ProAction a pretty good workout. Had a good time and ate a huge plate of fried chicken at the Siota bar in Pa :hallo1: .

Rode 120 miles between Wetmore and Grand Marais on trail 8 in upper michigan.

There was enough snow but most of the sharp corners were icy.
