i was wondering what any one with a 03 zr 900 are turning 4 speed in 1000 ft.or any other sleds?

My zrt with 192 trail studs went 108 last year, 4500 miles on this stock sled... this year, just last sat did only 105 :huh: but i no need ice picks for better speed,, couldn't get going till 50 or 60 ft. from the start.. where better ice was... :lookaround:
